Return Policy Details

90-Day Return Window

You have 90 days from the date of delivery to return any unopened product for a full refund. Products must be in their original packaging and in resaleable condition.

Eligible Products

We accept returns on unopened products only. For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened supplements. If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). For returns within the EU, we provide a prepaid return label. International return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different product, please return your original order for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you received a damaged or defective product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
